Finally, I can consider myself a REAL property investor, now that we've been approved for a house in Ferny Hills...I think I'm on my way to bigger and better things. I hope we can afford to keep our other investment, but I'm not holding my breath, we are up to our heads with debt...anyway, only time will tell. Perhaps I will get that principal job, which means affordability won't be an issue. Also, ssshhh, but I'm looking at a house in Dalby, a bit speculative, but with possible high returns...will keep you updated!
